I recently completed my Bachelor of Information Technology at CIHE Australia, graduating in June 2026, with an Advanced Diploma from Queensford College where I achieved an overall score of 95%. My foundation spans networking, Windows Server, and systems administration.
I hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certificate. I am actively building hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Business administration and FreshService as a ticketing platform.
